Order Processing Times:
Ready to ship items will be shipped within 2-4 business days after ordering.
Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours in order to qualify for a full refund.
Tracking: Tracking information will be sent via email at the time of shipping and can be tracked on USPS.com. Please allow up to 48 hours for the
USPS website to update with tracking information.
International Orders
Important Note on International Orders: Please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping price estimate at blacksilkproducts@ymail.com. We can not guarantee the delivery time of international orders. International shipments may be subject to customs fees and import duties that are not covered in the shipping estimates and are the responsibility of the customer. The customs form will be filled out to reflect the correct retail price and we cannot by law mark the parcel as "gift." Thanks for your understanding
Return Process
To begin the return process, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at blacksilkproducts@ymail.com with your invoice number to arrange the return. Once we have received the item back and reviewed it, we will issue you your choice of either a refund or a replacement item of equal value. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In which case, a full refund or replacement item will be issued once we have received and inspected the item. Items must be returned in their original container in the original box and/or packaging.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.
